Sharleen Saldanha, CPA, CA


Ms. Sharleen Saldanha has 14 years of experience in investigative accounting, litigation support, internal audit, fraud related assignments and public accounting. Her practice is focussed on loss quantification for insurance claims which includes: property damage, business interruption losses, stock losses, extra expense, product recall, employee dishonesty and errors and omissions claims ranging in size between $50,000 through to $45M. She has also been involved in quantifying damages on construction related litigation claims, assisting insureds to quantify the amount of business interruption insurance needed for purchase and investigating internal control weaknesses for alleged fraud. Ms. Saldanha is experienced in manufacturing, retail, consumer business and insurance segments. Ms. Saldanha actively provides trainings and presentations to insurers, brokers and risk management professionals on the topic of business interruption.


Ms. Saldanha received her Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Brock University in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Forensic Accounting with the University of Toronto.
